The afternoon tea was superb. cozy vibes with a log fire.

The breakfast spread was an absolute winner, featuring fresh fruits and a tasty full English. Plus, the staff were a treat, especially Leo, making us feel right at home. Room 9 was a spacious delight, perfect for a cozy night in after a day of exploring Fareham's local eats!

But, oh boy, that road noise and the lack of soundproofing were no fun, especially with chatty neighbors keeping me up. The whole place could use a bit of a facelift too. it felt a tad worn around the edges.

Comfortable accommodations with ample breakfast options were overshadowed by noise issues from an event below, impacting sleep quality. While the rooms appeared a bit tired and had an unpleasant odor, the staff's helpfulness was a bright spot, addressing our concerns promptly. The variety in the morning meal was enjoyable, but the overall experience was marred by the disruptive atmosphere.

We had a great time with friends exploring the area! The hotel was super dog-friendly, and the staff always made sure to accommodate us. Visiting Portsmouth and the local parks was easy. The breakfast was tasty. A heads-up , the parking can be a bit tight, but overall, a lovely stay.

The only downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy, and the windows didn’t open properly, which made it uncomfortable at times.

Every moment spent here felt special! The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with high-quality sausages that made my taste buds sing. Plus, the warm, cozy atmosphere of the dining area, especially with the roaring fire, made our meals even more inviting.

great parks and easy access to historical landmarks nearby

During our recent stay, we loved how close we were to Westbury Manor Museum, which was just about a 10-minute stroll, and Portsmouth Harbour, where we enjoyed beautiful views, making our walks feel special and filled with history.

Can't recommend highly enough for strolling

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a lovely fire in the bar area that added warmth during our stay and ample parking that made arriving stress-free.

All was wonderful.

The stay featured excellent food, highlighted by delectable chocolate muffins. Staff interactions were outstanding, especially their friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate our dog. the room cleanliness was concerning as evidence of prior drug use was alarming, and the basic room setup lacked necessary hooks for coats, affecting overall convenience.

We enjoyed our stay for two nights in a family room that was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the freshly made omelettes, which everyone loved. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, making it a really enjoyable experience. One thing to improve would be the room temperature, as it felt a bit chilly during the night.

I stayed for a night in a double room and it was pretty chill. The room was nice and clean, and I slept like a baby on that comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and got me sorted with everything I needed. The only bummer? The hot water took a bit to kick in for my shower. But overall, no complaints about the food at the restaurant!
